Normally, it is usually found in the same place on all keyboards: on normal keyboards, above 7 on laptop keyboards without a numeric keypad, in the first row on the right. However, the problem may be compounded if the “num lock” key does not work as well if you have used an external keyboard, enable the key and we have disconnected. Therefore, the problem is that the user does not know that he has to deactivate the num lock key. You may have noticed that some letters continue to work as before, this is because they are not assigned a number, so it will not matter to us whether “num lock” is activated or not. With this key activated, the keyboard allows us to press letters, but numbers appear on the screen : this is because the key we are pressing is assigned a number if “num lock” is activated.
